• Estate sale agreement review
• Home set-up and staging for the sale: arranging the home, bring in tables, display cases, and securing personal items not for sale
• Home contents pricing and appraisals
• All marketing; newspaper ads, internet marketing, signs in the home and the neighborhood
• Set up dates for the sale and time lines to complete the sale
• Provide an accounting of the sale
• Provide online sales or suggest upscale auction for more valuable items

Optional Services:

• Debris and trash out removal prior to the sale
• Debris and trash out after the sale
• Removal of all unsold items: delivery to auction house or donation to Goodwill
• Referrals provided for House cleaning services and/or trash hauling services (at the owner's expense)
