- All sales first come, first serve. No pre-sales offered.

- At the Estate Liquidation Sale. You are purchasing items that are on the secondhand market. We encourage all customers to check items for working condition and missing parts prior to purchase. We do our best to check all items prior to sale.

- All purchases are “Sold AS IS” No returns, exchanges, or refunds accepted. All sales final.

- Please bring help for larger items.  Assistance is not available to help load the items at the time of purchase.

- Stomp’N Ground Estate Sales, LLC, Homeowners and Businesses, are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises during the Estate Liquidation Sale.
