First off, here is some logistical information:
Address for the sale will post at 7am on FRIDAY.
House is monitored via alarm system. Caretaker onsite. Do not disturb.
There IS a list for this sale. If you want priority entry, please come early to sign your name on the list. You can go get coffee and return by 9:45am for roll call. We can let the first 50 people inside at opening. If you aren’t a list person, just come by after the first hour.
Please note:
PARKING: There is plenty of street parking. Please… DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS OR NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. WATCH OUT FOR DRAINAGE DITCHES. DO NOT BLOCK ROUND ABOUT ON PROPERTY.
We do NOT share the address ahead of time.
This sale is in Damascus, OR - near the Safeway Market.
The sale HOURS ARE 10am- 4pm FRIDAY - Sunday
