If purchases require a car, we'll help organize one at a time. The brewery will be open on MONDAY for tastings as well from 1pm into the afternoon -- please visit before and after you check out the sale!

MEMORIAL DAY SALE: For nearly sixty years, Springbrook Farm has gathered stories in its barns, cottages, and Carriage House — layers of family history, hospitality, farming, music, brewing, and everyday life. As we begin a new chapter for both the farm (new owners) and Wolves & People Farmhouse Brewery (2nd location opening soon), we’re opening the Carriage House doors for a small estate sale and inviting the community to take part in this transition with us. This sale may conclude before posted dates if most or all items are sold.
Over the years, the Carriage House quietly became a not only a treasured guest residence and family abode, but the resting place for generations of furniture, décor, tools, curiosities, and well-made objects dating from the late 19th and early 20th centuries to the more present day. We’ll be offering antique and vintage furniture, farmhouse wares, artworks, kitchen items, and other unexpected finds — many with deep ties to the history of the property, from high quality Arts & Crafts oak furniture to original artworks by Northwest artists, vintage Audubon prints, and more.
This isn’t simply a clearing out of old things. It’s a thoughtful paring down and a passing along. We hope these fine and collectible pieces will find new homes with people who appreciate craftsmanship, history, and the spirit of old Oregon farm life. Thank you for helping us steward Springbrook into its next era.
NOTE: the Carriage House is a 2-story structure and sale items are accessed via a single flight up. Guests should expect a walk on gravel from the parking lot to the Carriage House down a short hill which may require assistance. The entrance to the upstairs is on the RIGHT side of the Carriage House.
