There is a list for this sale. LIST WILL BE ON THE DOOR AT 7:00AM. If you want priority entry for Friday and Sunday, please sign up on the list IN PERSON and return by 9:45am for roll call. Otherwise, just show up and you can get in line. We only have a line if more people show up than can enter the house at one time.
Address for the sale will post at 7:00am on FRIDAY MORNING.
THIS IS A THREE DAY SALE.
House is monitored via alarm and camera system. Caretakers onsite ALL WEEKEND. Do not disturb.
Please note:
PARKING: Parking will be on the street. Please be mindful of all street signs!
DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS, MAILBOXES, PARK THE WRONG DIRECTION, OR BLOCK NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES OR PARK ON THE CURB.
We do NOT share the address ahead of time.
