A MASSIVE BEAVERCREEK ESTATE SALE 

This is truly one of the most incredible sales we’ve ever put together. Set on a sprawling rural property with a 7,000-square-foot home, this sale is absolutely packed.

The homeowner was a fantastic vintage shopper, so there’s an amazing mix of vintage treasures alongside current, useful, beautiful pieces. The majority of the sale is on the main level of the home, with four additional bedrooms upstairs, plus a pool house, outdoor areas, 3 bay garage and so much more to explore.

EXTENDED SALE HOURS

Saturday: 9 AM–4 PM
Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM

The address will be posted at 8 AM Saturday morning. If you’re planning to arrive early, we recommend waiting in downtown Beavercreek until the address is released rather than trying to locate the property beforehand.

IMPORTANT PARKING + ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

This is a rural property and parking will be in a field. The ground is quite uneven and bumpy, and there will be a walk from the parking area to the house. Please wear sturdy, appropriate shoes.

We will have approximately six designated parking spaces for guests with disability parking placards. The main level of the home is accessible and contains the majority of the sale, though the property itself has uneven outdoor terrain. Four bedrooms filled with additional items are located upstairs.

We anticipate long lines, particularly Saturday morning. There is limited shade, so please plan accordingly with sun protection and your own water. We will also have water available while supplies last.

A few other things to know: first come, first served with no signup sheet; cash and all major credit cards accepted; no checks or Venmo; no pets except service animals. Little ones are welcome, but with a very full house and lots of small and breakable items, please keep them close.

And as always, we’ll have plenty of staff on hand to help load your purchases.

This is a BIG one. Give yourself plenty of time to explore — there is an incredible amount to see.
